DOUGHERTY’S MASQUERADE TO OPEN AT THE SHOPS AT ITHACA MALL

(September 11, 2007- Ithaca, NY)- Halloween has become the second biggest holiday in the United States, and in recognition of that fact, The Shops at Ithaca Mall (formerly Pyramid Mall Ithaca) has announced that Dougherty’s Masquerade will open a special Halloween store there in mid-September through October 31st.

Dougherty’s Masquerade at The Shops at Ithaca Mall will be located in the food court area of the mall, next to the Gap store. They will carry a full line of Halloween costumes, masks, makeup and accessories for ages children through adult, even costumes for the family pet.

Dougherty’s Masquerade has an impressive selection of the hottest Halloween costumes for the entire family, from the funny to the scary, the popular to the unique. Once again, pirates are expected to be big sellers, thanks to “The Pirates of the Caribbean” movies, and Dougherty’s Masquerade can outfit all members of the family, from little children to teenagers to mom and dads in pirate duds.

Children’s costumes run the gamut from the traditional witches, ghosts and vampires to popular licensed cartoon character costumes. For adults, sexy costumes are expected to dominate the market again this year and Dougherty’s Masquerade sells popular adult costume lines by Playboy, Leg Avenue and Forplay.
