Free Health Screenings

The Shops at Ithaca Mall will be hosting a Health and Wellness Fair on Saturday, August 22^nd from noon to 5pm. This show will offer a wide variety of information on traditional and alternative medicine, approaches to mental and physical health, and more.
Free blood pressure screenings courtesy of Cayuga Medical Center and lung function tests by Asthma and Allergy Associates will be offered. Relax with spa services by Rasa Spa. Representatives from the Ithaca Health Alliance, Cancer Resource Center, Finger Lakes School of Massage, and others will be available to provide information on creating or maintaining a healthy lifestyle.
