Regal Cinemas´ Stars of Hope Supports Local Community
Help The United Way, the Salvation Army, the American Red Cross, the YMCA and Toys for Tots help those in need in the Ithaca area and beyond. Regal Cinemas, in partnership with the Auto Zone and the Sciencenter, is presenting The Stars of Hope campaign from May 14th through July 8th. With one dollar or more, anyone can make a difference and receive a star in a family member’s or one’s own name. Businesses or individuals donating $200 or more will receive a large gold star prominently displayed in the theater lobby.
People of any age can play a prize-wheel game and a putt-putt course in the theater to help the campaign. Children and parents can enjoy events at the theater such as the Karate Kid Celebration June 12th and a rummage sale June 18th while helping others. People can also support Stars of Hope bake-sales in The Shops at Ithaca Mall, and car washes at Auto Zone.
